How To Pay Via NSSF Paybill Number

Follow these simple steps to make a payment to National Social Security Fund:

  1. Go to M-Pesa Menu
    Select Lipa na M-Pesa, then select Pay Bill from the M-Pesa menu on your phone.
  2. Enter Business Number (Paybill Number)
    Enter 222222 as the Business Number.
  3. Enter Account Number (Account Number)
    Enter Your NSSF number or ID as the Account Number.
  4. Enter Amount
    Enter the amount you wish to pay.
  5. Enter PIN
    Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm the transaction.
  6. Confirmation
    You will receive a confirmation SMS from M-Pesa and National Social Security Fund.
